The ongoing genocide in Gaza has resulted in catastrophic humanitarian crisis, with over 41,000 deaths and around 1.9 million people, nearly 90% of Gaza’s population, displaced. The assault has resulted in one of the fastest death rates, highest rate of starvation, largest group of child amputees, and unprecedented levels of destruction in recent conflicts. Contaminated water, malnutrition, and severe shortages of medical supplies has made disease, including polio, an everyday occurrence. What could have been a preventable situation has become a harsh reality for nearly two million people.
While Gaza continues to face the worst atrocities in recent memory, let us not forget the attacks on the West Bank. Over the past year, 689 Palestinians, including 160 children, have been killed in the West Bank. Since Israel war on Gaza began, Israeli army raids have become a nightly occurrence in towns and villages in the West Bank. In the past year alone, at least 1,432 Palestinian homes have been demolished, displacing 3,270 Palestinians. Additionally, Israel launched its largest military offensive since 2002, bulldozing the infrastructure in Jenin, Jenin Refugee Camp, Tulkarm, and several other towns. Nearly 70% of Jenin’s streets and 20km of its water and sewage systems were destroyed, leaving 80% of the Jenin Refugee Camp without access to water. This deliberate destruction of critical infrastructure leaves Jenin’s refugee camp and other places extremely vulnerable to disease, a fate Gaza knows too well. More so, the settlers rampage everything inside, causing further devastation.
Our appeal to you today calls for the assistance of Palestinians in both, Gaza, and the West Bank. Your contribution, no matter the size, can make a direct impact on their lives. Please remember, your donations are 100% tax-deductible.
In this critical time, let us unite in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Beyond our thoughts and prayers, they require our concrete, practical support. Stand with the people of Palestine and join us in this effort to making a difference for countless lives.
In Solidarity,
