The situation in Palestine is beyond horrifying. As we approach 600 days of Israel’s war of extermination in Gaza, over half a million Palestinians face imminent starvation, with the UN warning that at any given moment, tens of thousands of children are hours away from death by malnutrition as a result of Israel’s complete and brutal siege of Gaza.
To compound the suffering, Israel has turned over 80% of the besieged Gaza strip into “no-go” zones, destroying everything in their path as they indiscriminately kill Palestinians and ethnically cleanse Gaza.
As Israel expands and accelerates their genocidal campaign in Gaza, they are implementing similarly devastating policies in the occupied West Bank, laying siege to refugee camps, destroying their infrastructure, and making entire towns and villages unlivable as they displace tens of thousands of Palestinians. Through this expropriation campaign, accelerated expansion of illegal settlements, and preparing for the full annexation of the occupied West Bank, Israel is enacting its greater vision of expelling Palestinians en masse and erasing them from Palestine.
